Reset your nervous system by allowing your mind and body to soak in the healing sounds and vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls while you recline on a comfy mattress. As you drop into stillness and gratitude, you allow your nervous to system to regulate and reset to a state of inner calm.

Eye masks and pillows will be provided. Bring a blanket or anything else you'd like to be as cozy as possible.
